Swiss Star Oboe Knife

It is a good knife. My teacher from the San Antonio symphony uses it. It is over priced however. You could get the double hollow ground version but sharpen it like a beveled knife. Weber reeds makes a good copy of an old vitry knife which will work the same way. Edmund Neilson's double hollow ground function a lot like a vitry knife although they do not resemble one.
