These beautiful photographs just received from William Waterhouse of London show excellently-preserved examples of Boehm-system bassoons in his collection. On the left in both photographs is one of the rare Treébert-Marzoli-Boehm instruments. On the right in both photographs is an instrument (possibly) by Gautrot of France.
