Don Leake informs me that contrary to the handwritten note on the front page of Milhaud's manuscript, the actual publisher of the Stanford Serenade is Max Eschig of Paris. Stephen L. Widder writes to correct President Clemens' statement in his report on the fourth annual meeting; Mr. Widder performed the Episodi, Op. 2 of Attila Bozay in a 1971 recital at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, so Gabor Janota's performance was not a United States premiere.
