These fingerings appear in Joppig, Gunther. "Sarrusophone, Rothphone (Saxorusophone) and Reed Contrabass." The Journal of the International Double Reed Society 17 (1989): 57. Page 57 contains a facsimile of a fingering chart for ophicleide, first published in Caecilia 9 (Mainz: B. Schott's Söhne, 1928), before p. 130. It is difficult to discern from the chart and the picture of the instrument which keys are closed by fingers and which keys are closed by thumbs. The numbers 1-9 follow the cited chart. The "o" indicates an open key. All keys down:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
C5: o 2 3 4 5 6 o 8 9

Psalmi CL: VI Omnis spiritus laudet Dominum. Alleluia.
