Topic: Corks coming off

Ok, now that I have fix my seat strap problem, I now noticed that the corks on the long joint is chipped and coming off, sorry to be such a newb but what should I do? Its offical, school bassoons suck. >.<

If it's a school bassoon get them to have it replaced or find out about local repair shops (ask your teacher) - it's an easy job for a repairer to do.

A temporary solution might be to take some waxed dental floss and gently wrap it around the cork to hold it in place.  As Ian recommended, this would not cost much for a repair shop to fix.  Kent
