Topic: Lev Knipper Concerto

I doubt there's any new information about this, but before I cobble together my Russian and email Valery Popov himself I was wondering if anyone had information about the Lev Knipper bassoon concerto. As far as I can tell, it is unpublished to this day. In the set of articles by Tama Kott and Olga Hadley in the Double Reed they mention that we have yet to see the score. However, Popov did record the work in 1980.

So, has any more information been found in the six years since the Kott/Hadley articles? Is the score lost, under lock and key by the Knipper estate, will it ever come around?
