Topic: Bassoon with orchestra: "Leading from the horn" ?

I have had occasion to see a few instances of wind players doing what I call "leading from the horn" (much like "lead from the piano"), aka playing a solo piece with a conductor-less accompanying ensemble while in some way gesturing to lead the group at the same time. I saw Martin Fröst play a clarinet piece this way live with Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in New York (a group that has no conductor anyway), I've seen video of Sergio Azzolini leading small consorts all over the place as he absolutely shreds on the baroque bassoon, and I have good reason to assume that François Leleux has also done this, being an amazing oboist as well as quite the conductor apparently. Does anyone have any other video evidence of (specifically) bassoonists playing a piece in this way perhaps with a larger group? Thanks!
