Yes, you read that correctly. The Central Collective is delighted to present what we feel confident is the first ever pairing of culinary novelty and bassoon music.

Chef Matt Mowrer and professional bassoonist Travis Jones are joining forces for a culinary and auditory explosion.

Mowrer will present his third pop-up dinner at the Central Collective in collaboration with Jones' musical performance. Each course in this innovative five-course dinner will be paired with a short musical selection ranging from classical to avant garde.  Please join us for this fun, one-of-a-kind experience.  We promise it will be fun.
