I believe Ouzounoff's "Actuellement le Basson" was written for the French system bassoon.  I don't know what the triangles or the plus signs are for ... perhaps someone else may know?

I haven't seen triangles on any of the French bassoon fingering charts I own.  I know Oubradous used the "+" sign to denote covering of the right hand thumb hole (the same hole as the one under the "pancake" key on the Heckel).  Not sure if Ouzounoff meant the same thing.  If you send me a copy of the chart perhaps I can provide you with more insight.
