Topic: Duco cement supplier

Hello, bassoonists,

I was in need of a large supply of Duco cemet in prep for my bassoon workshop next week.  It has become harder and harder to find it and I wasn't confident that I would locate the quantity that I needed.

However, Family Dollar had all I needed and more.  There are usually several locations of this retailer in larger cities.  If anyone is in need of Duco, I'd try that supplier first.  Interestingly, their website doesn't show that they carry it.

Re: Duco cement supplier

I usually buy on eBay. You can get a "lot" of duco in one fell swoop for very low cost. At least here in Minnesota, the only place I've found it in a store is Ace Hardware. Not at the dollar stores I've been to.

I neglected to mention in my original post that the cost was quite cheap...$1.25 per tube...a pretty good deal!

Re: Duco cement supplier

I just bought some off Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C3Z … &psc=1). It came out to about $2 per tube.
