We look forward to this year’s international conference which will be held at Mahidol University, Bangkok, in Thailand idrs2023.org. The exhibits will be located right on-site, on the university campus and next to the events.
IDRS 2023 event for vendors: “Meet the Exhibitors”
IDRS invites the 2023 exhibitors to take part in “Meet the Exhibitors”: A series of open discussions involving official moderators and double reed vendors from around the world. We plan to organise open discussions involving: double reed vendors, instrument makers, reed and cane suppliers and reed machine makers etc. The public will be encouraged to participate with their own personal questions at the end of each event.
EXHIBIT CHOICES
Basic Exhibit – Includes one 6 foot table, 2 exhibitor badges*, optional table covers and skirts, and a free placement of logo on the back page of the Conference Program Book.
Semi-Private Room – There is a very limited amount of semi-private rooms. These rooms are shared by 2 vendors. There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 badges per vendor. Semi-Private rooms are on a first-come first-served basis.
Economy Exhibit – Includes one 6 foot table, 1 exhibitor badge*, optional table cover and skirt.
Additional Table – Additional 6 foot tables may be purchased. You get 1 additional exhibitor badge* with each additional table.
Additional Badge – Additional exhibitor badges are available.*
SCHEDULE
Set-up: Monday, July 17th from 8am til 6pm
Exhibits open Tuesday July 18th at 12pm
Exhibits will be open every day through Sat. July 22nd.
Tear-down: Sat. July 22nd 12pm.
* Exhibitor Badges are to be assigned to booth personnel only. Anyone with an exhibitor badge must be present at the vendor booth for at least 4 hours a day. If a vendor has a friend or family who would like to attend conference events, they must register for a pass from the IDRS2023.org website.
For exhibitor registration: you must be a business level member ($175) or higher to exhibit. If you are not a member or your membership has lapsed, you will not be able to log in to access exhibitor registration. If you are having trouble logging in, please click here.
