Anyone know where I might find either a second hand baroque bassoon for sale, or better yet, an instrument for trial or temporary rental?

I’m hoping to start playing Baroque bassoon after 25+ years of modern bassoon playing but finding it a bit daunting (no second hand instruments available to speak of and minimum six months to a year wait to order from a maker and without some familiarity with an instrument, not sure I’d be confident to just dive into a custom made instrument in any event although it looks like that is the most likely route to get an instrument at all……

Any guidance on this from someone in the know would be really appreciated.

    Best regards,
