EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEES
After a 2 year hiatus due to the pandemic we are anxiously looking forward to another exciting conference this year. The exhibits will be located at the University Memorial Center which is a 3 minute walk from the newly expanded IMIG Music Building on the campus of the University of Colorado Boulder. The majority of the exhibits will be housed in the Glenn Miller Ballroom.
The exhibits schedule is a little different for this year’s conference, so please read carefully. We are dropping the usual first partial day, so the exhibits will open on the second day of the conference.
YOU MUST BE A BUSINESS LEVEL MEMBER ($150) OR HIGHER TO EXHIBIT. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS LAPSED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO ACCESS EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN PLEASE CLICK HERE.
This year we are back to using 8 foot tables instead of 6 foot tables, so plan accordingly. Those purchasing extra tables will need fewer. All tables come with 2 chairs, and optional table covers and skirts. Electricity and wifi will be included.
Basic Exhibit – One 8 foot table and 2 exhibitor badges.*
Additional Tables – Additional 8 foot tables may be purchased. You get 1 additional exhibitor badge* with each additional table.
Semi-Private Room – There is a very limited amount of semi-private rooms. These rooms are shared by 2 vendors. There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 badges per vendor. Semi-Private rooms are on a first-come first-served basis.

Reception – A reception will be held on the evening of Thursday, July 28th. The cost of the reception is $45 per person. The reception ticket includes food, wine and beer (2 drinks). Persons must be over the age of 21 and must have a valid government ID to consume alcohol.
Set-up: Tuesday, July 26th from 8am til 8pm
Exhibits open Wednesday July 27th at 9am
Exhibits will be open every day through Sat. July 30th.
Tear-down: Sat. July 30th 12pm.
Note: This year we are required to use a consolidator for packages shipped to the site. There will be a fee for this service. Details are coming soon. Please contact Frank Swann at email@example.com if you have any questions.
* Exhibitor Badges are to be assigned to booth personnel only. Anyone with an exhibitor badge must be present at the vendor booth for at least 4 hours a day. If a vendor has a friend or family who would like to attend conference events, they must register for a pass from the IDRS2022.org website.
