This program focuses on music for unaccompanied bassoon. During the pandemic of 2020, artists have been forced to isolate, and unaccompanied pieces provide an opportunity for continued musical expression. I am proposing a half recital of three pieces: one from the standard repertoire, and two from contemporary composers Libby Larsen and Alexandre Ouzounoff.
