VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We are looking forward to an exciting conference in Tampa. The exhibits will be located in the music building where almost all of the conference activities will take place. As the participants leave a recital, they will be right in the midst of the exhibits, no long walk from another building.
The exhibits will be scattered throughout the music building, utilizing an array of music rooms, classrooms, hallways and other venues. It will be like an indoor street fair! There will be plenty of signage to guide participants to all the exhibits.
Set-up: Saturday, July 13th from 8am til 6pm and Sunday, July 14th from 7am til 10am.
Tear-down: Thursday, July 18th 12pm.
YOU MUST BE A BUSINESS LEVEL MEMBER ($150) OR HIGHER TO EXHIBIT. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS LAPSED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO ACCESS EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN PLEASE CLICK HERE.
This year we are utilizing 6 foot tables instead of 8 foot tables, so plan accordingly. All tables come with 2 chairs, and optional table covers and skirts. Electricity and wifi will be included.
Basic Exhibit – One 6 foot table and 2 exhibitor badges
Additional Tables – Up to 11 additional tables may be purchased. You get 1 additional exhibitor badge with each additional table.
Shared Table – An economical way to exhibit. Two vendors can share an 8 foot table with one badge each. Sign up with someone you know or you can be assigned a table-mate.
Private Room – If available, a private room has just one vendor. The private room comes with 2 tables, 4 chairs and 4 badges.
Semi-Private Room – There is a very limited amount of semi-private rooms. These rooms are shared by 2 vendors. There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 badges per vendor.
Additional Badges – Additional exhibitor badges are available (see pricing below).
Private Try-out Room – For those vendors selling instruments, you can reserve a private try-out room (music practice room) solely for your use. There may be a limited number of rooms.
Parking – You can purchase a campus parking pass for the duration of the conference (parking is free Saturday and Sunday).
