    Nice article, though it’s a shame that the online version shows only the other current-day photo of Mr. Minsker (very much like the photo you see when you open the online article). There’s a terrific, quarter-page black & white photo of him from the 1950’s or so (?) showing him in concert dress, holding his english horn — it’s “splashed” on the front page of the Arts section. In fact, today’s (Sunday, April 15) Philadelphia Inquirer features several articles about the Phila Orchestra, with a focus on the issue and problem of diversity in the roster and also on the Orchestra’s board (this is the lead article on the front page of the paper today!), as well as a brief article inside the first section of the paper on how Baltimore has attempted to handle this. Also inside the first section is a nice photo that shows bassoonists Daniel Matsukawa and, I believe, Angela Anderson. -Thom
