    Hello All,

I would appreciate your assistance with a research project on performance anxiety. The project is being conducted by Kate MacKenzie, a graduate student at Miami University. The research aims to explain the nature of performance anxiety, and what coping methods double reed musicians most commonly use in handling it.
By clicking the link below, you will begin the 15 minute survey. All answers will be kept anonymous and confidential. Your participation is completely voluntary, so you have the option to skip questions or stop participating at any time. If you do not wish to participate, simple close the questionnaire.

If you have any questions regarding the research, please feel free to contact either Kate MacKenzie (mackenkc@muohio.edu) or her advisor, Dr. Christin Schillinger (schillcm@muohio.edu).

If you have any questions regarding your rights as a research subject, please contact the Miami University Office for the Advancement of Research and Scholarship:

    (513) 529-3600

Here is the link to the survey:

    Thank You!
