After 4 years of dialog with the original publisher and copyright owner, and their current representative, I finally received permission to publish my wind ensemble arrangement of the popular “Flower Clock” by Jean Françaix. Part of the approval process required providing a recording of a performance of the arrangement. I am very grateful for the beautiful job Stephen Caplan and the University of Nevada at Las Vegas Wind Orchestra did.

The arrangement (score and parts) and audio of the recording are available at J.W. Pepper, here.

I hope this makes this fun piece available to a wider group of oboists and ensembles.
