¨Reavivando Nuestra Identidad¨ is a project that disseminates contemporary Mexican music through artistic videos. A new way to see and hear contemporary music written for the bassoon and bring back to life those works that have remained almost in silence since their creation and tie them to emblematic places and traditions from my country.
My goal is to be both a bridge for communication but also creation, between the composer, their work, and the audience. It is even an opportunity to reach new audiences, from kids to adults, because images make us visit places that we might have forgotten or never been there, even traditions that due to the pandemic have been limited.
