IDRS 2026 Conference Student Ensemble Proposal

IDRS invites student ensembles at the university level to submit proposals for a showcase performance in an alternative conference venue; this could include the evening concert lobby, exhibit space, conference reception, etc. 

Note: This proposal form is specifically for alternate public showcase venues. Student Ensembles wishing to perform a full daytime recital should submit the 25-minute recital proposal form. 

IMPORTANT: All performances are limited to 15 minutes. List the works in the order of performance. The IDRS 2026 Artistic Committee reserves the right to vary the duration of proposed recitals if necessary. The timing for each work must be verified and accurate. If performing multiple compositions, include 1 minute between works.
