We are thrilled to announce that the IDRS 55th Annual Conference will take place, July 7-11, 2026 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA.
The 2026 IDRS Conference exhibits will be held at the Shriver Center on the campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The Shriver Center is a short walk from the music venues.
This year’s exhibits will use six foot tables, and will be set up in two large rooms.
Exhibitor Registration and Prices
Exhibitor Early Bird Registration will be available February 1 through March 1, 2026. All prices are listed in USD. Vendors must be up-to-date members of the IDRS at the Business Member level or above to exhibit.
Exhibitor Package
All exhibitors will receive the Exhibitor Package, which includes the following benefits:
- Logo featured on the back page of the conference program book
- Discount on artist badges for exhibitors
- Social media video features during the conference
- Exhibits-only Saturday morning registration badges for exhibitor employees
Banquet Sponsor Add-On Package
For an additional fee, exhibitors may add the Banquet Sponsor Package. This package includes the following benefits:
- Double-sided color logo displayed on a banquet table (provided by IDRS)
- Logo included on banquet step-and-repeat banner for “red carpet” photos
- Logo included in banquet PowerPoint
Banquet sponsors may bring additional decorations or swag (stickers, pencils, etc.) for their tables if they choose. Banquet sponsorship does not reserve banquet seats for sponsor employees. Banquet sponsorships are limited, so act fast! First come, first served.
Artist Sponsor Package
All exhibitors sponsoring artists will receive the Artist Sponsor Package, which includes the following benefits:
- “Sponsored by” label for all sponsored artists’ performances in conference program book
Recruiting Organizations
We are pleased to invite recruiting organizations to exhibit at the 2026 conference. Recruiting organizations may include military bands, summer festivals, or competitions, and are not required to purchase an IDRS membership in order to register as an exhibitor. This year, colleges and universities are not eligible to exhibit as recruiting organizations. Please email advertising@idrs.org to inquire if your organization qualifies.
