- The form allows the purchase of multiple apartment bedrooms in case you are traveling with family or wish to buy one for a colleague. This is only true in apartments since no meal plan is associated with the reservation.
- For traditional residence hall double reservations, there is an optional field to list a roommate. If no name is provided, you will be randomly paired with a random person of the same gender and approximate age to the best of Miami University Housing’s ability.

Campus Dining & Amenities
A daily meal plan will be included with each night of stay for guests who select traditional residence hall rooms (single or double). The pricing above reflects the inclusion in the Res Hall options. Each daily meal plan includes a dinner, breakfast, and lunch per day at Maplestreet Commons beginning with the night of arrival.
Apartment guests or those staying off campus may buy a daily meal plan for a price of $36 per 3 meal tickets via the Campus Amenities form. Each ticket purchased can be used for any meal on any day (they do not have to be used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the same day.)
Campus Recreation Center
As Conference Guests, IDRS attendees also have the option to purchase a Campus Recreation pass via the Campus Amenities form. Recreation Center passes are available for a discounted conference price through this form only.
The Recreation Center includes: a Fitness facility with strength and cardio equipment, basketball courts, various court sports, climbing center, sand volleyball, and an aquatic center with lap pool, leisure pool, and spa.
