Used Heckel for sale, Serial #3883

Item Description:
Heckel #3883 for sale. Estimated to have been made circa 1890. Recently overhauled and in excellent condition.

Additional Details:
This bassoon is in excellent condition considering its age. Body finish and key plating are in great shape. Has small crack in long joint tenon which has been repaired. Was overhauled 1/22 and has all new pads, key cork and felt. Wing joint is lined and long joint is flat back style. This bassoon has a sweet sound and lovely tone. Scale is even and will play at A440 with the correct length bocal. Comes with a brand new Pro-PAC case and Puchner bocal #00. Has a body lock, crutch and whisper key lock.
