Poster Session Proposal

IDRS 2026 Conference Poster Session Proposal

Poster sessions are an informal format for presenting research or creative activity of interest to double reed players. While submissions from double reed players of all levels are welcome, proposals from students (undergraduate and graduate) are especially encouraged.

Conference posters are widely used in the academic community. Posters summarize information or research concisely to create engagement and generate discussion. The poster is usually a combination of a brief text along with tables, graphs, pictures, and other data presentation formats. If accepted, the presenter agrees to stand by their poster display for at least two total hours during the conference. Poster creation, printing, and transportation is the responsibility of the presenter.
