The IDRS 2027 Artistic Committee reserves the right to vary the duration of proposed recitals if necessary. The timing for each work must be verified and accurate. IDRS Conference Musicians

IDRS Conference Pianists will be available for the 2027 conference. Instruments available: Piano (A=440), harpsichord (A=440/415), quality electronic keyboard (in lieu of organ, fortepiano, etc.)

I acknowledge I will be required to provide chamber music and accompanimental parts for collaborating and conference musicians (e.g piano). IDRS will supply necessary scores and parts for the evening events that involve orchestra only. Parts for all other events must be provided by the performer. All parts for collaborative musicians provided by IDRS will be due February 1; IDRS may not be able to provide the requested musician(s) if music is not received by this deadline.(Required)

Permissions

IDRS will record and livestream selected works and conference events for the society’s archives. IDRS may edit these video recordings and will make available all or selected portions of the events on the official website of IDRS (www.idrs.org) and may share selected clips on IDRS social media accounts. (See conference recording policies).
The proposing artist serves as a group representative and signs the recording release on behalf of all artists.
