The Youth Orchestra Foundation of Chile will hold the 1º Reed Conference in Chile this month. Topics covered will be clarinet, oboe and bassoon, reeds, solo and chamber music repertoire. The conference is aimed at teachers and instructors, students of all levels, members of youth orchestras, children and professionals. The activities will be conducted by professors Rubén Albornoz (oboe), Ezequiel Fainguersch (bassoon) and Jorge Montilla (clarinet), and will be held from 26 to 28 November 2009 in Santiago, Chile.
