| A brief biography: | Tanner Reynolds is a current high school senior planning to attend the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in fall 2026. He has been playing bassoon for 7 years and currently studies with Ruth Wilson of the Holland Symphony and Victoria Olson of the Grand Rapids Symphony. He is the principal bassoonist in the Grand Rapids and Detroit Youth Symphonies as well as second bassoonist in Beer City Winds in Grand Rapids, MI. Tanner was selected as an MSBOA Outstanding Soloist in 2025 and was a semi-finalist in 2024. |
