| A brief biography: | My name is Jack Dwyer, and I am a sophomore bassoon performance and music education major at Central Michigan University studying under Dr. Bradley Johnson. I am currently the principal bassoon in CMU's premiere band the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and I am involved in multiple other ensembles such as the CMU Symphony Orchestra, the Aurora Winds Quintet, and the Chippewa Marching Band where I march tenor saxophone for football games. Over the course of my schooling so far I have had the opportunity to perform in conferences such as the North Central Collegiate Band Director’s National Association and the International Double Reed Society’s Mid North Conference. Outside of campus I perform in local ensembles like the Bay City Player’s Pit Orchestra, work as a paraprofessional educator. |

You may be selected to participate in a class that is not of your first choice. | Stephanie Patterson and Nanci Belmont's classes are the two that I would like to be considered for. I do not have a preference for either class, I would like to participate in both equally! I also would be thrilled to perform in other classes, but these two are my first choices. |
